Leading aviation company enhances engineering support for the upcoming Kentucky Derby.
Shelton, CT, USA, 01 May 2017 – Gama Aviation, the global aviation services company, has increased its AOG peak period support in preparation for the large wave of private jets and spectators expected to travel into Louisville for the Kentucky Derby during the first weekend in May.
The 143rd running of the Kentucky Derby will be held at the usual Churchill Downs Race Track on Saturday, May 6, 2017. Additional mobile and field service engineer support from Gama Aviation has been put in place within the Louisville region and its surrounding airports.
In addition to the upcoming Kentucky Derby, preparations have already begun for the Indianapolis 500, Players Championship and the U.S Open to follow.
